- Painted: Item is printed in black and painted silver and/or gold (as ordered) to create a rustic, antique, almost weathered finish. Unique and imperfect each and every time.
- Printed: Item will be printed in the specified color plastic as requested. For metallic colors, please see (*) Note at the bottom of this description.
- Authenticity: Being an Chief Warrant Officer Specialty logo, they really only come in Gold. We have limited our Finish options on the website here, however, if you desire a different color, please contact us before ordering for further instructions on how to order.
(*) Note for non-painted and Metallic Colors: Top, flat surfaces of products, especially those printed in Metallic colors, are not always perfect and smooth. Due to the nature of HOW 3D printers fill in large, flat areas, some distinct lines can be obvious and are unavoidable. (Ex: an MK cog or the top gold portion of a Chief Anchor.) Anything that is perfectly flat and a decent amount of surface area is susceptible. Please be sure to ask prior to ordering if this is something you might be concerned about.
Material: All 3D prints are made with PLA plastic. While some may appear metallic, they are not. As such, 3D prints are made for indoor use only. Exposure to the elements (heat, rain, etc) can and probably will ruin the overall appearance and structure. While relatively durable, like other collectables, they can and will break if not handled with care.
